It is now widely accepted that sugar is toxic.  And so I'd tried to give it up multiple times.  I'd done detoxes, sugar-free programmes, and tried to wean myself off it.  None of these approaches worked for me.

… and I understood why: sugar is addictive.  No wonder I was struggling to kick the habit.

But … I was confused.  If sugar is addictive to humans because of the associated chemistry in the body, why isn't everyone addicted to sugar: it's widely available and it's socially acceptable.

So why could some people take it or leave it?

And why couldn't I?

I'd drink healthy green smoothies at breakfast ... and then find myself eating sugary cakes in the afternoon.

Does that sound like you?

I knew I wanted better health, more energy, and to regulate my blood sugar so that I didn't find myself constantly hungry … but I couldn't make it stick.

Until I learnt that a desire of sugar was deeply rooted in my subconscious mind.

If you know that you want to quit sugar, but you haven't managed to succeed with conventional approaches that concentrate on dietry changes and willpower, then this is for you.

The reason why some people can be at ease around sugar, and you can't, is not because the sugar has a different chemical reaction to their body … it's because there is another reason why you find it addictive; one that you're not consciously aware of.  Sugar is serving another purpose for you, and this is sabotaging your efforts to quit.

I find the reason why sugar is so addictive FOR YOU.  And empower you to take back conscious control so that you can feel at ease around sugar: the opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.

Take back your personal power, and give yourself the gift of better health, clearer skin and more energy.

Taking the step towards becoming free from sugar has been so worthwhile for me. I now take much less pleasure in eating any sugar related foods; they are starting to lose their power over me and I feel much more in control of my eating. I never thought I would be able to crack the secret to overindulgence, yet it has been so much easier to say ‘no’.

As a self-confessed long-time sugar addict, I was finding it very difficult to curb my cravings … my cravings have diminished, I’ve lost weight and I don’t feel like I’ve missed out. I don’t even feel the urge to buy chocolate or sweets like I used to, or order a dessert, just for the sake of it. This is rather unheard of if I’m honest!
